Had dropped the JJ off at the storage unit after last year's fall trip to SGI and this year's lake cabin trip... needed some attention.  Good as new, ready for scallops on the soapstone tonight!

Scallops seasoned with Red Lobster seasoning and seared with avocado oil and Kerrygold butter on the soapstone.  Garlic mashed potatoes and peas for sides... Always a good time on the deck with our Beaux.

That looks great! And yay - someone else who likes peas! ;D  I think we are in the minority.
I'll never forget when I served green peas with a meal years ago and the whole family looked at me
as if I had handed them a plate of dog turds.  :o  LOL

HAHA love it!  Kellee is a green pea lover and I like them too, especially with mashed potatoes.  There are worse veggies out there to "have to" eat.  : )

I love Green/English peas when they are fresh or frozen and Not overcooked. ;)
Out of a can or overcooked they are trash can fodder. :-X
