Vortex Wings on the LE

Been quite a while since I've made my vortex wings.... Drumettes and flats dried, sprayed with olive oil then seasoned with a mix of kosher salt, black pepper and Lawry's seasoning.  In the fridge for an hour then grilled with the lid cocked to get 600F.  Took about 30 minutes to get them to 200F, flipping once about half way.  Tossed them in a mix of 2tbsp kerrygold butter, 2tbsp wooster sauce and 3 tbsp Franks buffalo sauce.  Put them in a pan, drizzled the remaining sauce over the wings and into the preheated warming drawer on high for about 15 minutes.  Side of blue cheese dressing for dipping....

Those wings look delicious.  I bet they were very flavorful with the Lawry's.  I especially like seeing the thermometer pegged!

Thanks, these were really good.  Kellee ate half of these which she never does.... Definitely a do-over!
