Happy First Day Of Summer

Not that this group needs a season (or reason) to fire up the kettle but Summer has officially begun today guys.



First cook for me this summer is some apple wood smoked salmon for lunch on the "Yellow Lady Bug".   





What are you guys grilling tonight?

A whole cedar planked salmon for us as well for dinner. Unsure of the grill yet

Old Bay Roma sausages, OB and OB hot sauce onions and peppers.  We made sausage sandwiches.  Yummy stuff!
