Live bbq action

I just wrapped the pork butts and put them in the oven and started the ribs and basement beans. Later I’ll be grilling bacon wrapped shrimp.

I didn’t use it for years but the last few years I’ve really been liking it for maximizing real estate and it gets an easy 8 hours unattended when need be.

Well being I'm from the south I soak shrimp in bbq sauce and grill them. They taste great outside on a cool night with a fire and a bottle of peach brandy. I like Kraft products so I use hickory with dry onion flakes.
