Ribs and butts on the 22”WSM

WSM performed perfectly yesterday, holding between 245F and 275F with little effort on my part. Two pork butts on the lower grate, 3 slabs of St. Louis ribs on the top. Oldest son’s birthday this past week and we treated him to his favorites. Happy family and happy cook….

That all looks delicious!
Wouldn't blame oldest son if he decides he's never old enough to move out! 😁

Thanks all! Well, he’s 33 now and always happy to come home for bbq. And King I’ve got a 4 month old puppy that keeps me plenty busy…. Kids took all the ribs home and we made four neighbors happy with a pulled pork bbq lunch today.

Thank you! The ribs were fantastic...... the kids took the leftovers with them lol and the pulled pork is in the freezer. Out of all this I ate maybe 5 ribs. Ready for more!
