Performer Gas Assist Question (UPDATE)

I have a 2012 Performer with gas assist and need some help, please.
Through troubleshooting the lack of gas flow, I'm pretty sure the regulator is bad.
The replacement is a little north of $50. But the rest of the components are fine.
Has anyone just replaced the regulator, and where did you find it?

Well, the Weber/Marketplace Gods were shining on me Saturday morning. This popped up in my notifications.
It was just the cart and lid...and the regulator and hose.
