How many copies is this limited to? 500? 1000? 2000?
Or is it really unlimited, with everyone who wants one getting to obtain one? If this is the case, it will not be a "rare" collectable. At least not for many years.
And what is the cost?
And I'm still blown away...as to this being a true "Limited Edition" model, or is it really an unlimited model? Meaning Weber will mass produce as many of these as they can, satisfying the market demand so everyone who wants one can get one.
And what is the pricing going to be?
Personally, not interested. Already have 3 kettles and a smoker in the cooking rotation.
That's all fine and dandy, but at what cost, and is this truly a limited production run of XXXX number of sales?
My guess is Weber will mass market these, so everyone who wants one will get one. That is not a collectable.
Wow. Asking the same questions about a product you’re “personally not interested in” whose pictures shouldn’t have seen the light of day and no one is even supposed to know about isn’t going to get them answered any faster. Wait for the official announcement.
So the features that they are bringing back for these kettles, the white wall throwbacks, the wood grained plastic handles, rollers, and tab as well as the thermometer bezel; the very things that differentiate these grills from all the other modern grills doesn’t put them in the category of collectible? The “collectible” category is based on pure numbers produced? Damn, by that definition, I’m going to have to sell off my entire collection. Well everything except the Glen Blue 26er since they only produced around 1000 of those. I guess I can’t even call it my “collection” since they were pretty much all mass marketed at one point or another so everyone could get one. SMDH.
