I know there’s not a section here for the SF, but I got one and have been using it a lot. Anyway been wanting to do apple pie and yesterday, pulled the trigger. Yes I cheated and used store bought crust...but it was first attempt. Turned out soooo good. Very light smoky taste. Cooked about 1.5 hours. Set the temp at 405. Because it cold here, it fluctuated between 320-405, everytime I opened the lid.
