My buddy in IL that I grew up with has been getting into bbq here and there the past few years and he knows I am into webers. This week I hung out with him and he was telling me about his big weber at home. I thought cool, he probably has a 26". I left for SF this morning and he texts me pics of it and its an extremely clean 70's Chief in brown! No dings on the side handle, and slightly bent top handle with rotted wood handle on top and bent up ashpan. I'm extremely jealous. They bought it at a garage sale a long time ago for 10 dollars.

Zavo, he lives in my neighborhood. I might tap you for a handle for them!

It's in Mundelein IL. You can't perv the grill without trespassing though because its in a backyard that is pushed up against a big field that has been reserved for the 53 extension.  That's as specific as I can get without my buddy getting grillfella'd! I'll post the pics soon.

Nice grill! I like the brown 26 best because of the two tone, but the reds are much more rare.
