Wanted to get back to dialing in my comp timing, but wasn’t in the mood for sticky sweet comp-style ribs. So...I made “Ribs For Eating.” Although 2 of the racks were just a tad over (between bite through and “fall off”), one was perfect. [emoji106]

Yeah, they were excellent with no sauce. I was really happy how they turned out overall. Had a rib sandwich for lunch today too!
