after gathering knowledge from this great forum I finally decided to make pizzas on the performer
had a blast
and pizzas were delicious
lightly browned crispy dough
fresh toppings
cheese!!!
used 2 bricks as my riser (great tip)
temps were above 500F throughout the cook (great charcoal)
cooks really fast 8-10min then 180 degrees turn another 8-10min Done!!!
