Thanks guys. It was good. I borrowed my brothers sous vide to try it out.
I don’t know if I can tell a difference. I would have to get two of the same steaks and grill one normal and one cooked sous vide to get a better comparison.
It does make it super simple to cook a steak to a specific doneness. It would also be a nice way to finish one off in the cast iron skillet. I still have never cooked a steak in the skillet. The kettle is just too good.
