That's really slick man. I told the wifey a couple of weeks ago I'd like to build a BBQ shed. Is that a beer can on your performer? Looks like Coors Light, I might be wrong tho.

Assorted chops tonight. Best I have ever seen. 8 chops all 3/4” thick. 3 or 4 were center cut and the rest were still fantastic. Usually not exciting but these were exceptional.

Awesome! How do you cook the chops? I have been avoiding them because they always turn out dry due to my lack of skill

If they are thick, I reverse sear. If thin I cook direct. I don’t mind thin one a little dry. The thick ones I shoot for 150 ish internal.
