Greetings from Middle GA Recently moved and when we sold our other house the buyer wanted the BGE to go along with it. Given that it is a buyers market, I agreed with the intention of getting another one after getting settled. July 4 rolled around and SWMBO mentioned wanting something grilled. I found a Weber Kettle 22 inch on our neighborhood FB page so I walked around the corner, gave the lady $20, and rolled the thing home. I must admit, to my surprise, I really like this thing. Temps are easier to dial in, can cook anything I could cook on my BGE on it, and it is pretty efficient on lump (all I had left) Now I have gone all in on the Weber camp and am going to skip the BGE/KJ set up in favor of a Copper Performer Deluxe. Will possibly keep the other kettle but may pass it on to another home. During my research, I discovered the one I purchased used is 18 years old with a DD production code. It is in excellent shape for an 18 year old grill! looking forward to contributing and I am of the camp of pics or it didn't happen!
