@Anthony11204 I personally would have waited till I was cooking on the kettle for a couple of months before going for a long list of accessories.  I'm not really an accessory guy to begin with. You can make juicy wonderful chicken by spatchcock method, no need for a beer can.  The best skillet for a grill would be some cast iron, I'd be hesitant using a non stick grilling skillet as the charcoal heat can be much hotter than a gas grill.  The lid hooks on the lid do a fine job holding the lid on the side of the grill.

I guess what I'm saying is all you really need is a fast, accurate, reliable thermometer.  I would have easily spent all the money on a Thermapen, that one purchase has helped change my food results more than any single accessory has or ever could.
