Hey all!! I just got myself a new wsm 18 and gave it a whirl this weekend. I cooked two racks of St Louis style ribs and they came out great!!! About 5.5 hours of fairly consistent 225(ish) temps using lump charcoal and a couple mesquite lumps made it so good!! Looking forward to trying out a pork butt later this week!!
