Wow! Yesterday was a very kettle-rific day for me and I figured I should share!

A couple weeks ago, I spotted a Simpson's SJ in Cincinnati for $10 on FBM. I secured that very quickly! My Dad lives in Cincinnati, but he was up in Columbus visiting me, plus he had week-long tickets to the Memorial Tournament, so I needed an agent. @coffeeld volunteered his services and executed them perfectly, despite living about an hour away from where the grill was located. @coffeeld met with my Dad yesterday around lunchtime to exchange the Simpson's SJ.

Boom! One grill secured.

Then, I have been working on my Dad for quite some time to make the jump to charcoal, and that is a pursuit that still lives on. However, I convinced him to sell his cheapo Charbroil gasser and buy a WeberQ 3200 with tank, stand, and cover off FBM for $50! So he goes and meets the seller yesterday evening to make the purchase.

Boom! Two grills secured - but it isnt the WeberQ.......

On the way to the seller's house, guess what my Dad spots on the curb? A nice looking G code faded black who seems to be asking for a bath and a new home! This just happens to be my birth year as well! My Dad loads the G code into his truck, and goes to meet the seller of the WeberQ.

Boom! Three grills secured.

Not a bad haul for a hump day, if I do say so myself! I cant wait until Father's Day weekend so that I can get these grills in my possession!

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

Father's Day will be special for sure, nice teamwork
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill
