I just cut all the portion that's not welded. The rest remained and act as a spacer for the ss strip that i used to conceal the chopped off handle.

They are all beautiful. Grass Green is also my favorite. Incorporating Gen2 SS front panel into Gen1 frame that I have not seen anyone do looks just right to me.  Well, you have many original ideas into those Performers. Nice work!
