I think the S&P is a spin-off of the Weathered Warrior because its more speckled than faded.

Both can be difficult to photograph.

This is an "E".

Naked MBH

This is Black Betty(pre-pat.)...shes got Freckles too.

Bam-Ba-Lam...

This is my grill Peggy...shes got a wooden leg. Legend says she used to cook with Captain Hook and lost her leg in a hellacious cook out against the queens navy...Im calling bulshit on the story but I RSQ'd her anyways...where several of the soldiers bit her leg off trying to get at the steaks they were cooking.

She is a true faded WW with battle scars and dents.

Show off your S&P.

You can't always get what you want....but if you try sometimes you get what you need

Grate name for that finish.  Perfect way to describe it.

Obviously looking for a Glen Blue (who isn't?😂).

Looking for anything Happy Cooker, including any re-branded as Montgomery Ward.  I've amassed a nice collection, but I'm missing a few still.  Let me know if you can help a fella out🤞

Cool story!

I have an A code similar to the last picture.  The lid has a specked finish, too.  Amazing what 39 years of sun and weather can do but the integrity of the porcelain is excellent.

I found this lid,  with the handle broken off.  It has a nice S&P fade to it.  It has been living a happy life on my UDS.

Grillagin

The EI code 18 I have coming from CO has the same finish.  I'll post pics when she arrives.

Rub

This is mine. She was a freebie package deal with a CL buy I did. Only 1 leg socket, no legs. It's an '84. Lid is way more SnP than the bowl. Not sure what will become of it.
