Stork arrived on time from Edinburgh, Scotland.

And she dropped a package.

Oh what could it be?

Sorry for the delay.
Ok, here she is. Upon opening the box and pulling everything out I find missing parts.
No lid handle , bale support, and hardware. I used everything from my Blue Wave to put it together for pictures. I contact Weber this AM and they say they will send out the parts.
Later in the day I get a voicemail saying the order was cancelled and to please call.
I was basically told Weber US will not provide warranty parts for it, I have to contact Weber UK.
They said I could buy the parts if I like. WTF
Told them I want to speak to someone higher up. I was told corporate will call me within 24 hours. Let's see if they will stand behind there product. This grill was bought in Scotland.
A neighbors daughter lives there and brought it over for me.

US SJ grate on the left  UK SJ grate on the right. This thing is so beefy compared to the US. ?

Ash pan for the bottom of the bowl interior. Is this standard on US SJG now?

Charcoal cup with Weber logo on the inside. Standard in the US?
Anyone have a Euro model with all this?

Yes that is the standard Euro “Premium” SJ set up that I have here in The Netherlands ... but I only have the standard black color... my son has the Smoke Gray SJ Premium .

Are you able to get some pics posted of the Smoke Gray SJ?  I assume it’s different than the regular Euro Gray SJ?
