This “AD” 22” WSM with the Cajun Bandit SS door and SS Unknown hinge on FB Marketplace, for $200. A message or 2 later and it was mine for $170. I wasn’t in the market for a WSM but I can’t pass up a deal. Maybe this is the first step to moving over to all Weber’s for competing? Burned some yardbird tonight to see how she handled. Seemed to want to cruise around 275 with the vents open. It's got a Guru port on it so I'll plug one in and use that to bump it to 325 next time. Held temp real nice with no help. I haven't cooked on one for about 10 years and forgot how cool they are to use.
