Steak lunch and Lamb dinner

Had some fun last Sunday. Made petite sirloins wrapped in thick bacon I got at Safeway for about $6 for lunch on my SJ lime and for dinner made lamb blade chops and grilled veggies using my stacker. For the steaks I set up a two zone fire on my Smokey Joe. Worked out great and was fun to do. Served that with a simple salad...Lunch!
Dinner was lamb blade chops with grilled peppers and onions. These blade chops are one of the best kept secrets ever. Cheap to buy less than $4 a lb. Yeah they may have bones and some fat but are tasty and amazing grilled. Sorry no plating pics for this...was too hungry!

I’ll have to keep my eye out for the blade chops. Lamb is so good, but so expensive.
Nice cookup, Dave!
