I had no intentions of owning multiple grills, especially more than I can use. However, I picked up an AH code OTG (with chimney and cover) today for $20. This is my second grill this weekend, after unexpectedly buying the Statesman. Oh well, I have three 22's and an 18 now. I need to get a charcoal grate for this OTG but oh well, can't complain about $20! I'll keep this one on hand to gift to my next Weber kettle convert!

Yeah, I have a Smokey Mountain that I also use for grilling.
Just found my second OLD offset handle Smokey Joe (I also have 1 or 2 more modern ones that I bought because they were dirt cheap) and now I'm salivating over some regular sized grills of various ages & varieties.

I just picked up another SJ today.  It's a 2012 AU Smokey Joe Gold (aka The Outrider) in an eggshell sort of blue.  After seeing harris92's post on his 1960 Imperial glen blue post, I stumbled across this SJ that seems very close in shade.  I'm going to post it along with the pick from craigslist that I saved before driving an hour to get it.  (Good thing because he deleted it before I got back.

I think that's a smokey joe gold. The Outrider is an 18. Only one blue one that I know of. It's also half orange and Harris owns it.

And yes you have contracted the weberitis.

I got "the outrider" from the WKC Smokey Joe history writeup that claims the Smokey Joe Gold & the 18 inch Smokey Joe Platinum are BOTH also known as "The Outrider".

The writeup is at http://weberkettleclub.com/grills/weber-smokey-joe-history/
