Take this from someone that has an 85 gallon Drum and been using the solid (non-flip) 26" grates from Weber, while it might seem like a good idea to use 2 grates in a drum, the meats on the lower grate will act as a huge heat sink and you'll end up having to rotate the grates. In doing so, the lid being open for the length of time you'll get that firebasket stoking and have to deal with hot temps not to mention the grease from the meats on two racks that can and will cause grease flareups or a fullblown fire in the bottom of the can.
