Hi All!

I got this Thermoworks Smoke Thermometer, which I love. It's water resistant, magnetic and darn easy to replace the probes. The temperature is close to perfectly accurate and you can always calibrate it. Plus, the wifi gateway just came out which allows for data point graphing and the ability to monitor your two probes (high and low temp alarms on each) from anywhere. A great great great product all around from Thermoworks.

There's more! I saw they were running a thin/waterproof probe promotion after I already purchased my Smoke. One email and their awesome customer service sent me the probe, free of charge. +1 for quality customer service.

After receiving the unit, I wanted the ability to attach the receiver to my belt. I don't like things hanging from my neck, especially when working over a 400 degree pit! So, being an amateur leatherworker, I made a holster for it out of American Cognac Horween Tannery Leather!

Not yet @JEBIV but my birthday is on Saturday and my suspicion is that my wife might have recently made a purchase on Thermoworks website for approximately the cost of one Wifi gateway

Thank You and yes she is great! Odd question, did my @JEBIV link work? It doesn't show a blue hyperlink on my screen

If you are using the app I don't think the mentions work even though I continue to use them.

The app doesn't support mentions. @Troy can speak to this

Thanks Troy for confirming.   I was trying to figure that out last night for hours.   What's the best way from a iPhone/iPad?    Web site or another App?

I have an iPhone and an iPad. I use the WKC app, for just reading the forums. I have Google Chrome loaded on them as well. If I want to post something (using my phone/pad), I'll just go through Chrome and use it like I would on my desktop computer.

Thanks @Jason for suggestion.  Sounds solid and easy.   Sorry to hijack the thread a little.
