Very nice! I used SS hex bolts for my SS. I think your allen button heads look cleaner.

Those burgers look great.   :)  I guess since I live in dry Colorado, I see no point to swap out those bolts.  I assume they would rust away in my previous home in the south. All of the bolts on my performers show no signs of rust .  Even the 1996 model. After I cleaned them with 0000 steel wool , I thought they might be stainless.  I guess I was wrong.
