Imperial (glen blue) in the wild
« on: July 30, 2017, 07:51:27 AM »
After driving by this grill for over year, knocking on the door a few times, and leaving a note, I finally made contact with the owner of this grill.

It was her Grandpa's and after he passed away, she took it. Hasn't been cooked on in over a year. She is not interested in selling or trading it at this time, but she has my contact info, and promised to get ahold of me if she changes her mind.

We'll see what happens. I was just happy to finally make contact....

Oh man!  Look at that lid!  Beautiful!  Glad you finally made contact!  Sounds like it is sentimental to her!  Give it some time, I bet you can get that when she realizes that she really doesn't use it!  Did it sound like she may change her mind down the road?  What did you tell her as for the reason of your cold call?
