Leg socket repair

Help!!
I have a leg socket weld broken on a ash sweeper bowl. I've seen the bolt and nut repair which is an awesome repair.
My question is I have ash sweepers and how could I do a repair on a leg socket and still have a full functional sweeper without binding???any suggestions

I want someone to try this stuff on some repairs. I was thinking handles specifically. I keep on forgetting to order it. Says it's good up to 2400 degrees.

I was thinking about trying that on my rusted out red to smooth it out but didn’t get around to it. I think someone has used it before but I don’t remember who. I think it can be like a high temp bondo as well.
