Those avocado green painted whitewalls look familiar...... someone on here had those wheels on an avocado 18 some time back. Still, a nice blue 18!

I know I did it a few years ago, but why would someone separate them from the grill?

Like the package that didn't make it to Australia a few years ago
It was supposedly still in a warehouse in west coast
With a yellow and a heap of other stuff

Apparently only 2 weeks ago @kendoll was emailing the warehouse in regards to our package
These 2 are mine and Kendoll had an 18 yellow amongst other things
Lego and the one the only handles some rubs
Would be great if you could tell us how you came across them

Interesting info. I bought both on EBay a few days ago. The blue was on Saturday and the other on Sunday.

I am going to ad another twist to the story.  I thought I recognized the 18" blue (and I do).  I purchased the 18 blue from Shaun (Duke) in May 2013.  It had the original wheels at the time.  About a month or two later,  Shaun asked for the grill back.  So, I sent it back.  I don't recall whether I sold it or traded it to him.  Shaun used the blue grill to make a Traveler.  I lost track of it after that.  This explains the replacement wheels. 

FYI, the red jumbo joe was sold on EBay without the hardware and both grates.

Oh man this is pretty wild. What are the odds? That blue 18 is very cool. I didn't even know there was such a beast. Now I've got to add to my must have list

I asked the eBay seller.  Apparently he is not part of the warehouse or the deal.  He picked up (purchased) the items (don't know exactly when).  He knows part of the story -  these were items that never shipped to their destination.  My guess is there may have been a liquidation sale.  I did see a nice yellow for sale on Clist in the same area not too long ago.
