Drain the grease

I did a naked brisket in my WSM and the next day when I was
Cleaning out the ashes I came across a bunch of congealed grease.. don't you think
It should have a petcock to drain it ?
  Is it me?   Let me get my drill..
I can't stop lovin my Weber!!!

It did fine. But still got a little pool of fat .. I very rarely smoke meat
Directly on the grate. But this was a big brisket and I didn't have a pan big enough.
But I am glad you read my tips on clean up.. I hope it help some of you..
