Now that looks great !!! Don't forget to "rest" that Pastrami when it's done for a time and then steam it like Katzs' in NY City. Show us the pics of your meal and share what YOU think of that MeatHead recipe.

The Meathead's recipe is great. I used an already cured brisket so my only suggestion is to use a brand you like. It makes a difference.
