The knowledge base in this Forum is invaluable......and I am learning a lot and trying to experiment. But we were at a local discount store today and even tho I am not a cook book kind of gal I got these two grilling books. The big one was $7 and the other $1.50 so not a big investment at all. Loads of good info and recipes and time frames and temps and methods all in one spot.

those types of books have loads of marinade and rubs in them, copy down the ones you like.
I also go to the discount rack at the bookstore for those type books
great find

I love reading that sort of book. Each author has a different view on things and you learn so much.
If you can find Justin Bornello books over there they are awesome!
