I was asked to post some pics of a Lang 84 Deluxe I use to own so digging through pics thought I would share smokes too.


















If you've never smoked cabbage you gotta give it a go....there will not be a single piece left!

The Lang 84 Deluxe is a Reverse Flow smoker this explains the internal flow.

So I had an idea for a cheese smoker. But I didnt want to have to lift the lid to check the fire. It was trail and error but I eventually go it right for my WSM.
