Half Italian family coming for pizza evening

I apologise now if I insult any Italians coming to eat my pizza!!

They're half Italian though, he's also half South African.

I guess as long as there's meat toppings, he'll be happy??

Either way, I have a new infra red laser thermometer and a new peel.  I'm desperate to try them both and dial in my cooking.
