Anyone cooking on an Ivory?
« on: February 28, 2017, 02:05:09 PM »
Has anyone been using their Ivory MT.  Just wondering how the Ivory color does with cooking.  Do they show everything?  smoke, grease, etc.

What is Dove Grey MT?  You mean Smoke?

I have not used mine yet as I have other unused kettles I want to use first. @ MacEggs, @ RottiGuy, @ Lightning and few other West coast Canadians might chime in on their assessment of using Ivory vs other kettles.  Show your hands if you have the Ivory MT. I actually like to see how many members belong to the Ivory League club now.

I think there was a grey Mastertouch available in the original configuration in 1994.

I have an Ivory. Have not and will not cook on it. It is covered and stored in a shed. Wanted to keep it in the bed room, but the Boss won't let me.

Ivory has been getting a good workout as it is the only kettle I have that is not currently in Storage until the move. I've thoroughly enjoyed it.

Lol!  Mine is a looker for now in the basement but will get cooked on down the road. I just have too many other unused kettles I want to enjoy using first. IMO, if we don't use it, we are basically saving it for someone in the future who will eventually get it off of us and have fun using them. I want to be the one having fun cooking on my kettles.  ;D
