Nice little cold smoker design.
We just don't cold smoke enough
fish over here I guess.

Why not just just get an Amazen smoker? Cheaper & probably works better.

I have my eyes on an Amazen and will probably get one. Just ran across that by chance when checking out the beautiful colored 18's we don't get to have here.

My problem with that Weber snail, is that I can see the fire jumping the walls, given the picture. IMO, it looks pretty, but that's it.
