Beer can! Start with 3 shots of JD then
Step 1. Open beer drink 1/2 next drink other 1/2.
Step 2. Open another beer drink 1/2 then drink the other 1/2.
Step 3. Oepn nother beeeer brink 1/2 den brink other 3/4.
Step 4. Try to member what you was booin and take a nap!
Step 5. Start grill at noon and do the yardbird how you want.

Enjoy it have fun and keep grilling!  ;D

All kidding aside. I myself like doing beer can chicken with the Vortex. I use Weber beer can seasoning, butter, and a onion. About 1.5 to 1.75 hours in the grill.
Wife said "No more GRILLS in this house!" So I bought a 2nd house!

it's almost impossible to fail using the rotisserie.  if you brine the bird for a couple of hours, then it is impossible to fail using the rotisserie.
I like my Kettles like my coffee....strong and black.

Only way to fail with a rotisserie, is to temp in the boob. Temp the thigh, and all is good. You can WAY overshoot the boob, and still be juicy. Undercook the thigh, you still have blood.
