What is on your BBQ Christmas wish list this year?

OK I will add mine, I didn't have one when I created this thread but I think I know what I want and it is more cooking related than BBQ but I would a Sous Vide cooker.  I can still use the BBQ with it but man, looking at everything online this thing is amazing.

@pbe gummi bear do you have one of these?

The Anovo Sous Vide cooker has been on my list for a while too!!    I've had this site saved for a while so I'd be ready:  http://www.douglasbaldwin.com/sous-vide.html

No I don't have one. I would recommend a crock pot with digital temperature control instead. They have the act and pot all in one.

Thermoworks Smoke for sure... pre-ordered one but they cant ship to Canada yet (No CSA approval - should be sorted out soon)

@pbe gummi bear  If you went that route, would it not limit you to what you could cook in it?

A crock pot with digital control is not comparable to a real sous vide cooker. Not even in the ballpark. Temp swing would be WAY to much. A real sous vide cooker is capable of +/- 1 degree or 2. Which is what is needed for that type of cooking.
