I have a few observations. Some of you may have figured them out, but I will share them anyways.
These were made for a few years 1958 being the first. Notice some have wood handles while the 58 has a metal one. The later ones also had the flat lids.
The Texas Longohorn was just a stencil put on a brown 26 and then not masked, but just sprayed white around the middle section.
The concept was that things are bigger in Texas so the 26'r was fitting and likely directed at the fans of that team. This may have been the first sports related weber grill made.
That picture from the history channel doc does have a regular brown 26 lid.
