1968 it appears to be with a more raised lid profile. Comes with a 1970 catalog so it was most likely purchased in 1970 with it sitting in a warehouse or store since 1968.

Nice to see a clipped pan on the later 60s westerner. My other westerner has the same raised lid profile which would be from the same/similar year and I had been told by then it was a twist pan.
