How big of a butt would I need for 14 people plus leftovers? I'm think 15-20. Do they come that big?

Pork butts in my area come in about 7-9 pounds. Your group of 14 people would require a couple of butts in this weight range. This would give each guest around 9-10 oz of meat which should be enough for your group.

Thank you very much. That's what I've seen in my area to. I'll get two.

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles. Big and small. Vintage and New... Some say I have a problem. I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

Two fit OK, but you may want to rotate away from the direct heat a few times during the cook....
Have a great gathering of friends !!!!
