Another adventure with PAC Man . This time we were at Avery Creek Cabin on the Coeur d' Alene national forest . The cabin was built between 1926-28 and was used until the 80s to house forest service employees. We were there to raft the river and enjoy some great food .

Bacon burgers the first night and on our last night I planked up some pork loin.

Pork loin , roasted spuds and corn with some hobo beans and a cold one to wash it down.

I can't believe I'm the first to say it, but PAC Man looks pretty angry about his triangle  ;)

I have always enjoyed Pac-Man's adventurous photo shoots.  This is another great adventure pics.  Again, very nicely done.

How glorious food would taste done on Pac-Man, out in the beautiful wilderness settings.  You are living the dream for some of us.
