Great weekend up the river with the family.
Burgers dogs and sausages to keep the river rats fed
Trout , fresh water mussels and wild mushrooms were gathered along with some huckleberries for pancakes
My weber cast iron has seasoned up nicely it's my go to camping griddle
An old mining town in the area did some fireworks , since we were on national forest fireworks were not allowed so this was a great treat for the kiddos
For the 4th is was tri tip and some corn
Good grub and great times

Damn beautiful area for a damn beautiful kettle. Was figuring that "Pac Man" was gonna be the 18" yellow HC from eBay.

Obviously looking for a Glen Blue (who isn’t?😂).
Looking for anything Happy Cooker, including any re-branded as Montgomery Ward. I’ve amassed a nice collection, but I’m missing a few still. Let me know if you can help a fella out🤞

I had vision of the voice of the crocodile hunter in my head. Look! Off in the bush! Oh that's a rare breed indeed!

Great post and great looking camp !
For those that have not camped in the PNW forest, get out here !
The bluest skies you'll ever see.....that is true.
It's time for me to get up there.
Summertime, and the livin' is easy.....

Man that looks like a great time!
Love the way the forest provided some of the ingredients.

Great post! Makes me want to pack up and go camping in the wilderness with family and my favorite kettle.
I have always loved your Pac Man from My Favorite Kettle Topic pic few months ago. Nice to see it in action. All pics look amazing.
