4th of July 2016 cook

Made hot tub beer brats and an Asian inspired marinated chicken kebabs.  My wife made and ancho chili beef dish which is awesome too.  Had a couple neighbors over who were great company.

and yet again I see something I've never thought of doing....pineapple included with the kabobs.  Consider that idea stolen!!!!  Nice cook Dave!

Steal away!  I discovered that fresh pineapple is amazing grilled.

I do pineapple on the grill from time to time, but have never thought of doing it on the kabobs with everything else.  I like to cut a pinaepple into rings, then rub with brown sugar or marinade in brown sugar and teriyaki!

Soak a fresh pineapple ring in fireball. Grill, top with vanilla ice cream and a salted caramel drizzle.
