So I am getting ready to cook dinner and the post truck pulls up and drops a box at the front door:

Been rearranging the deck a little:





Asparagus is marinated in some Asian 5 spice and olive oil. Chicken was marinated in some shawarma seaoning for a couple days then vacuum packed and frozen. Pineapple chunks are brushed with a mix of maple syrup, whiskey and cinnamon.



Chicken was served on a arugula salad picked fresh from the garden:
