The wood work looks kind of home made but the metal work looks nice. The build and fit of the metal heat deflector ring and stand offs to the wood cart would probably be difficult for a DIY builder.

Im pretty sure I'v seen that cart with a different kettle in it on a BBQ forum, he was inspired by the Poor Man's Performer in like 08-9 IIRC.
