Very nice score, G! I have a 1984 cover with the older style white Weber logo. I took mine out of the package, though. So its no longer mint.

Does the packaging have a date on them or have you seen them in a catalog?
I'm only 2 or 3 kettles away from being that creepy guy down the street with all the Webers
