That's what our Publix ad said, so that's what's smoking this weekend! Don't think I've ever seen 'em that cheap, anywhere.

That's a steal. I wonder if it's regional or every publix. Where are you located?

Just saw this myself! I'm in Tallahassee.

No doubt that's a damn good price.

Got the same price up here in Charlotte.  Looks like I'll be headed there tomorrow.

Thanks for the tip.

Mostly a little overcooked but we're still good.

Ribs look good from here! I picked up 5 racks today and smoked 2 today. I will get more to freeze before Tuesday as this price is great! A couple months ago pork ribs were 7.99 a lb!

Thanks. Gonna go by today and see if they still have any to freeze as well. I don't know if it's my imagination but these ribs seemed to have more fat than most pork. Rather though, the reason they didn't dry out despite too much time in the foil is probably because I foiled earlier than usual.

Picked up half a dozen more today. The Foodsaver bags aren't necessarily cheap, but that was a heck of a deal!

That's our problem right now. Our freezers our too dang full. Picked up a half strip loin today as well that we gotta cut into steaks and somehow fit in. Guess it's a good "problem" to have, though.

The 2 racks I cooked yesterday looked nice out of the package, I did trim a little bit of fat off the top of one of the in a couple spots before applying the rub, but I always do that.

Thankfully my wife cleaned the freezer out and rearranged things today. She said she only had to throw away a couple of squirrels my son had shot a year or two, lol. But she said we have more steaks than she thought, so that's a good thing. We use the Foodsaver on a regular basis.
