Mentions the coppertone Weber Bros and price (first time I have seen a price).  Also, Bremer Holiday Grill (being sold at the below link)

The book is 1957 (correction to before).   :)

Very cool - this is a great way to try and sort out the whole utility pan mystery. If anyone can find some more old ads either a year or two before or after showing the other version we'd be set.

This ad makes me think. Back then and not knowing what I know now, would I have bought a black weber? Would I fork over an extra $8 (~20%) for the copper tone or an extra $26.55 (~50%) for the aluminum cooker? My tendency for cheapness might have won out. My desire for durability/quality probably would have won in this case. I think I would have bought the aluminum kettle. Similar to when I ended up with a Beta VCR after being sold on how it had better picture quality.
