I am still searching for a replacement for my old rectangular cast iron grate. Thanks everybody for the suggestions. I posted on Facebook my problem and a Weber representative contacted me. Here is an article I wrote about it.

If you can locate somebody with a computer controlled plasma cutter, they could make you one....

Would not be an inexpensive way to do it !!!

Hey Chilebrown,
Are you trying to replace the cast iron grate or the grate that holds it?
How about some pics for us to see.

Welcome ChiliB! I'd like to see more photos of that table/cart you have your grill in. Is that something you put together? We love photos here, and you have some nice ones on your site. Where are you logging in from?

Thanks for everybody's reply. I am having problems with posting pictures on this forum. The cart is custom made. I bought it 30 years ago and the maker is long gone.

I am looking for the grate that holds the cast iron grate. I am having problems posting pictures to this forum and hopefully I will figure it out soon.

Thanks again everyone.
